Shelf life: Preferably to be consumed within 45 days, after the opening of the package, product must be consumed within 5 days.

PHYSICAL AND SENSORY CHARACTERISTICS:

  • Colour:  A light yellow
  • Odor and taste::  medium intensity with hints of cooked milk, butter, slightly of hay and fermentation;
  • Taste: sweet and slightly salted

SELLING FORMAT: Sold in packages of 500 gr, kept in a protected atmosphere.

CONSERVATION: To be kept in fridge at a temperature of +4°C to +6°C

ALLERGENS: Cow’s milk, (at the dairy are used egg proteins, nuts, walnuts and pistachios)

GLUTENS: Plant does not use products containing gluten.
